High Strength Aluminium Based Composite Materials

一、Material Profile

Aluminium matrix composites ingots which strengthened by SiC granules are produced based upon the method of powder metallurgy. Ingots can be made to semi-finished and finished products through traditional metal processing technology such as extruding and forging etc.The uniform distribution of SiC granules in aluminium alloy matrix can improve the intensity,modulus of elasticity and wearability of the materials. They can be widely used in aviation,spaceflight,Traffic and nuke industries. Alloy matrix and contents of SiC can be custom-made as per customers’ requests.
